Job Description
Context
You will assist the Concept Director through the design, production, and project monitoring phases. Under the direction of the Creation Director, the Concept Director contributes to the conception of the brand's language, guarantees the relevance and artistic excellence of entrusted projects, and ensures the transversal coherence of creative content. Leveraging their experience with Hermès and their graphic, creative, and scenographic culture, their role is to develop an artistic vision supporting Corporate, Institutional, and business-specific messages. They intervene throughout the creative process, initiate the 'creative leap,' provide an idea or concept, and oversee its realization. They collaborate with various experts within the Hermès International Communication Department and its subsidiaries to maximize the reach and impact of creative projects.
This is a 6-month full-time internship, available from September 2026, based in Paris.
Key Missions
Your missions will be varied and may cover several areas of intervention, including:
- Corporate Projects: Expressing the language of events and content carrying Group messages: Finance, Employer Branding, CSR.
- Institutional Projects: Store openings and re-openings, customer relationship tools (in-store animations, VIP dinners), theme-related projects (Theme Festival, public events), window displays, owned social media content.
- Offer-related Projects: Specifically major categorical highlights such as Men's and Women's Ready-to-Wear Fashion Shows, Salone del Mobile, Watches & Wonders, High Jewelry, Perfume, and Beauty launches.
You will assist the Architecture and Scenography Concept Director, as well as the architects and scenographers of the Event Creation department, during the conception phases by creating models, films, 2D/3D drawings, and plans (both paper and digital). You will also support production phases by monitoring conformity in workshops or during installations.
Your Profile
- Student eager to discover the field of ephemeral architecture and event scenography, with initial professional experience.
- Reactive, curious, and organized, you wish to invest yourself in a rich and formative internship.
- This internship requires fluent English.
- Proficiency in modeling and drawing software (Autocad or Archicad, 3D modeling software, and rendering software - V-RAY) is essential.
