About the role
About the Role
The Production Manager is a true conductor: they oversee the technical design of various communication tools and ensure the implementation of necessary steps from creation to printing. Within the Communication division, you will report directly to the Production Manager. You will participate in the production of various Print materials (invitations, press kits, brochures) and in the technical study of projects with internal Creation teams, and then in the field, with external technical teams (paper makers, photoengravers, printers, and finishers). In this context, your missions will include:- Assisting, alongside the Production Manager, in project briefs with the communication teams.
- Requesting quotes, preparing budgets, and defining production schedules.
- Monitoring the proper execution of orders (following up on quotes and blank mock-ups with printers/logistics services, etc.).
- Participating in photo retouching and color corrections in coordination with photoengravers.
- Traveling to supervise the Print Approvals (Bons à Tirer) at printer and finisher sites.
- Adhering to allocated budgets, processing purchase orders, and managing expense reports.
