About the Role
For our boutique in Vienna, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) starting immediately.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Support and relief of the Store Manager in the administration and operational management of the boutique.
- Ensuring compliance with all internal processes and regulations in daily work.
- Co-responsibility for achieving sales targets and goals for the boutique.
- Support of the Store Manager in preparing and purchasing the merchandise assortment for the boutique, including sales analysis and budget calculations.
- Leading your own team with a focus on motivation, development, and excellent collaboration.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and active support of our local and international customers.
- Close collaboration with central departments in Munich and Paris.
What You Need to Succeed
- You already have experience in a comparable position.
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and resilience characterize you.
- Your strengths include strong organizational skills, a positive and confident demeanor, entrepreneurial thinking, tact, and attention to detail.
- Sales and service are your passion; you are also familiar with the preparatory and follow-up work using a merchandise management system and in customer service.
- You are proficient in using modern media and enjoy using them efficiently in daily work.
- Fluent German and very good English skills, and preferably another foreign language, complete your profile.

Compensation
For the position, we offer a monthly gross salary starting from 2,986 EUR for 38.5 hours/week, with the possibility of overpayment depending on specific qualifications and experience.
