Alternance RH Assistant
Hermès is seeking an HR RH Assistant Intern for a 12-month full-time contract, starting in September 2026.
Company Overview
The Holding Textile Hermès (HTH) develops accessories and textiles for Hermès, coordinating production across its sites. HTH operates an integrated production chain, from yarn to finished products, serving both the Hermès brand and external clients through its Métaphores and Bucol brands. It comprises 8 companies, primarily in the Rhône Alpes region, with approximately 850 employees.
AEI, an embellishment site with about 41 employees in Irigny (69), and ATBC, an industrial weaving site with about 69 employees in Bussières (42) and Challes (72), specialize in high-end fabrics for Apparel, Furnishings, and Accessories. These sites are looking for their future HR RH Assistant Intern.
Missions
In collaboration with the HR Manager for both sites, you will primarily work at the Irigny (69) site. Your mission will be to support the HR department in all its activities. You will be involved in operational tasks and HR projects at the site and/or group level, including:
Training Management:
- Establish the skills development plan in line with managers and employee expectations (prioritization, arbitration, budget, etc.).
- Implement and deploy the skills development plan (contacting training providers, obtaining and comparing quotes, scheduling training, issuing MEO orders, entering data into My Click H Learning, evaluation, arbitration, etc.).
- Liaise with managers and employees.
- Develop various interim and final progress reports.
- Participate in the training committees of the division.
Recruitment:
- Manage temporary staffing and liaise with the agency located on-site.
- Participate in recruitment processes (excluding management roles): Write job descriptions, post job ads, pre-screen applications, conduct interviews.
- Onboard new employees and monitor their integration.
Other HR Missions:
- Enter time management data for one of the two sites into the ADP payroll system (correct timekeeping anomalies, gather information from managers, enter variable elements, liaise with the payroll department on variable data).
- Personnel Administration: Draft employment contracts and addendums, write various certificates.
- Monitor and deploy the social dialogue renewal agreement (start and end of mandate interviews, organize training for elected representatives, etc.).
- Support and implement the return-to-work process for long-term absences (return-to-work interviews).
- Assist the HR Manager in organizing the CSE professional elections (end of 2025).
- Participate in the development of various reports (annual reports, etc.).
- Contribute to the organization of events related to disability (SEEPH, Duodays, etc.).
Your Profile:
You are a student in a business school or university, pursuing a generalist HR specialization (Bac +4/5).
Your interpersonal skills, adaptability, and responsiveness will enable you to successfully complete your missions. Autonomy, good oral and written communication, rigor, organization, and a sense of service are also essential qualities for success in this role.
You are proficient with computer tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Regular travel to the Bussières (42) site is required, approximately one day every two weeks (driver's license B required).
