What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Programmatic SEO/AEO Lead to spearhead our programmatic SEO initiatives, with a significant focus on leveraging AI for content creation and optimization.
What will you lead?
- Utilize AI to generate thousands of pages, including how-to guides, comparison pages, templates, and more.
- Track and optimize earned placements across search engines (Google, Bing etc) and AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
- Maintain exceptional content quality through rigorous evaluations and human review processes.
- Analyze keyword trends to identify optimal content creation opportunities.
- Implement innovative strategies to secure backlinks and other earned placements, bolstering SEO/AEO.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge AI advancements to discover novel, AI-native optimization methods for SEO/AEO.
What skills do we expect you to have?
- Strong programmatic SEO experience (page generation at scale, indexing, sitemaps).
- Robust writing/editorial judgment and proven QA processes.
- Excellent AI prompt engineering skills.
- Some software engineering experience (for semi-technical content creation).
- Familiarity with content systems like CMS or MDX.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, keyword research platforms, and Semrush.
- Experience with analytics tools like PostHog.

Compensation
Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $250,000 annually, plus equity, with the explicit range listed as $100,000 - $200,000. It varies based on seniority, equity structure, and location.
