The Role: AI-native Growth Hacker
We are seeking true AI power users—individuals who leverage AI and code to achieve 100x productivity and execute strategies previously deemed impossible. If you are a growth hacker at the cutting edge of AI, possess a voracious appetite for experimentation, and desire the budget to scale your most effective playbooks, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity.
What You Will Do
- Pick one specific growth wedge (e.g., programmatic SEO, paid ads, lifecycle) and own it end-to-end.
- Build an AI-driven system to execute your chosen growth wedge at scale.
- Operate in tight feedback loops: ship, measure, learn, and repeat.
- Transform successful experiments into durable, scalable infrastructure.
What Skills You Need
- Exceptional AI skills, including proficiency with asynchronous agents, automations, evaluations (evals), and quality assurance (QA).
