Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the buying process following established procedures.
• Greet and qualify customers by understanding their requirements.
• Write sales orders and process dealership paperwork.
• Offer test drives and explain vehicle features in detail.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction using follow-up systems.
• Ensure the sales manager meets every customer.
• Keep updated on new products, features, and accessories.
• Adhere to Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules.
• Demonstrate core values: Accountability, Teamwork, Kindness, Grit, Integrity, and Curiosity.

Requirements

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-starter and self-motivated with a process-driven approach.
• Ability to work every Saturday.
• Previous sales, customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Valid in-state driver’s license, background and drug screen required.

Working Environment & Physical Demands

Duties are performed both indoors and outdoors within dealership premises including customer test drives. The role requires regular speaking, walking, standing, and sitting, with predictable attendance and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
