About the Position

In this role within our Adhesive Technologies business unit, you will help transform industries by providing customers in the automotive aftermarket with innovative adhesive, sealant and functional coating solutions.
What You’ll Do
As a Territory Sales Rep - Automotive Aftermarket, you act as an entrepreneur visiting customers both digitally and physically. Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting customers to solve industry challenges with value-added solutions.
- Using a proactive and consultative approach paired with technical team support.
- Collaborating with customer service, marketing, engineering and other functions.
- Managing accounts through relationship building, training and product demonstrations.
- Handling local and overnight travel up to 60 nights per year within Western Canada.
What Makes You a Good Fit
You have 7-12 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket. A valid Canadian License and proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting are required. Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized professionals who thrive both independently and in collaborative environments are ideal for this role.
