What You’ll Do
- Steers regional execution of the sales and channel excellence roadmap.
- Manages framework, policy and channel strategy implementation regionally.
- Drives strategic projects and eCommerce strategy in the region.
- Ensures channel discipline and price alignment with pricing teams.
- Sponsors and manages global, regional and local distribution key accounts.
- Evaluates channel partners and monitors market developments.
- Travels regularly to support market understanding.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- BS or BA degree required, technical or business preferred.
- 3-5 years sales experience in electronics and aerospace industry.
- Experience with channel/distribution sales strategies.
- Omnichannel and digital process design skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% (one week per month overnight trips).
