What You’ll Do

  • Steers regional execution of the sales and channel excellence roadmap.
  • Manages framework, policy and channel strategy implementation regionally.
  • Drives strategic projects and eCommerce strategy in the region.
  • Ensures channel discipline and price alignment with pricing teams.
  • Sponsors and manages global, regional and local distribution key accounts.
  • Evaluates channel partners and monitors market developments.
  • Travels regularly to support market understanding.

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • BS or BA degree required, technical or business preferred.
  • 3-5 years sales experience in electronics and aerospace industry.
  • Experience with channel/distribution sales strategies.
  • Omnichannel and digital process design skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% (one week per month overnight trips).
