About the Sales Development Representative Role
Your mission as a Sales Development Representative will be to contribute to Hemblem App's hyper-growth. Your role will be to generate a maximum of commercial opportunities. Your objective will be to identify, qualify (30% email & 70% phone), and convince prospects to schedule a demonstration of our product with one of our sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the sales team by engaging prospects via phone and email.
- Identify key decision-makers and influential individuals, and find their contact information.
- Work with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
- Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales process by communicating regularly, sending appropriate content, and scheduling demonstrations with one of our sales representatives.
- Manage potential client data in the CRM, ensuring all communications are recorded, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Effectively use social media to engage with and research prospects, including Instagram and LinkedIn, and obviously your own food culture.
- Proactively share ideas and best practices, constantly focusing on improvement and seeking new and better ways to contribute to the continued growth and success of Hemblem App.
Candidate Profile
- You have between 0 and 2 years of sales experience.
- You possess strong persuasion skills.
- You have excellent communication abilities.
- You are tenacious and have a strong attraction to results-driven culture.
- You want to invest yourself in a high-growth project.
