Are you interested in a broad role within property management? Come join us as a Technical Property Manager!
We are currently looking for a Tekninen isännöitsijä for a permanent position within our housing services' property management and maintenance team. The team consists of housing experts, and its responsibilities include property portfolio maintenance, preparation of rent compensation decisions, resolving housing-related issues, property inspections, assignments and supervision related to apartment renovations, and other property management tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Property inspections
- Technical maintenance of apartments, assigning work to contractors, supervision, and related property management tasks
- Anticipating repair needs and planning investments
- Invoice processing and handling potential complaints
- Active communication with partners and customers
- Receiving and organizing fault reports
- Planning and developing operations
Eligibility requirements:
A suitable Bachelor's degree or a secondary education degree with a special vocational qualification, along with sufficient work experience in the construction and real estate sector and maintenance operations. Excellent oral and written Finnish language skills are required.
What we expect from you:
Deep substantive expertise in the technical field and the ability to develop property management, operational control, and cost-efficiency together with the team leader. Furthermore, managing contract negotiations requires a good understanding of market price levels and various repair options. We also expect excellent interaction skills, a self-initiated and active work approach, a development-oriented mindset, and strong organizational and stress-tolerance skills.
Advantages:
Knowledge of relevant legislation, experience with Tampuuri and p2p systems, and English language skills are considered an asset.
