The Role

As a People Operations Administrator at Helsing, you will be central to our operations, ensuring seamless team functionality to support our critical mission. The Day-to-Day

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update databases, continuously seeking ways to refine and optimize these processes for efficiency and scalability as Helsing grows.
  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners to ensure regional support, compliance, and effective implementation of local People strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee enquiries, providing clear, friendly, and actionable guidance, while also identifying policy gaps and suggesting company-wide improvements.
  • Actively organize and drive employee engagement initiatives that make a tangible difference, always looking for ways to enhance them for meaningful results.
  • Support performance management, coordinating reviews and tracking progress to foster growth and development, and continuously improving feedback mechanisms for greater impact.
  • Ensure strict compliance with employment laws and internal policies, proactively addressing legal requirements to maintain alignment with the latest regulations.
