Role Overview - Account Manager

The Account Manager acts as the main point of contact for eCommerce clients. You will build strong, long-lasting relationships and identify new revenue opportunities for both the client and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships.
  • Identify revenue opportunities for clients and HelpGrid.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, Teams, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment using various systems.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues in the backoffice.
  • Collaborate with different departments to increase client success.
  • Maintain client expectations and follow through on commitments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills.
  • Experience in account management (4+ years), call center/BPO management (1+ year), and sales (2+ years).
  • Affiliate management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Work-from-home experience preferred.
