Role Overview - Account Manager
The Account Manager acts as the main point of contact for eCommerce clients. You will build strong, long-lasting relationships and identify new revenue opportunities for both the client and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships.
- Identify revenue opportunities for clients and HelpGrid.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, Teams, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment using various systems.
- Investigate and resolve client issues in the backoffice.
- Collaborate with different departments to increase client success.
- Maintain client expectations and follow through on commitments.
Skills and Qualifications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills.
- Experience in account management (4+ years), call center/BPO management (1+ year), and sales (2+ years).
- Affiliate management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Work-from-home experience preferred.
