As a Hellomonday Coach, You Will
- Facilitate Outplacement and Career Transition Support Coaching for individuals impacted by restructures and redundancies.
- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board during sensitive career transition periods.
- Utilize platforms and tools to drive client accountability, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and session notes through dedicated coaching portals.
We’re Looking For Coaches Who Are
- Coaching Certified from a major coaching association or hold a Diploma in Career Development or Counselling (Essential).
- Experienced with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and/or 200+ hours of coaching.
- Skilled Communicators who bring empathy, curiosity, and challenge to every session.
- Tech-Confident and ready to work seamlessly across digital coaching platforms.
- Growth-Oriented, committed to continuous learning, sharing, and evolving their practice.
- Culturally Aware, with a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion in leadership.
