About the Strategy Manager, Produce Role

We are seeking an experienced sourcing manager to join our Produce Team as a Procurement Strategy Manager. In this role, you will manage a selection of categories through the entire supply chain, including category management, vendor selection, price negotiations, and weekly budgetary planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned produce categories and develop a national supply network.
• Collaborate with a wide range of suppliers on category management and performance compliance.
• Manage cost savings initiatives to meet targeted budgets.
• Onboard new vendors and SKUs to drive cost savings and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively manage quality specifications and address potential issues.
• Coordinate with procurement operations to plan weekly execution and track contract compliance.

Who You Are

You are an expert negotiator, creative problem solver, data-driven decision maker, detail-oriented, and a strong project manager. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively, and value teamwork.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in the Food or CPG Industry.
• Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work occasional weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
