Your Mission
Define, measure, and enhance critical moments that transform new customers into loyal advocates while directly impacting global growth and customer lifetime value.
What You'll Do
- Onboarding Excellence: Collaborate with Early Customer Journey product and commercial teams to reduce time to value.
- Retention Strategies: Develop and execute long-term retention and habit-building strategies to increase Customer Lifetime Value and reduce churn.
- Customer Journey Comms: Own and craft comms strategy through A/B testing to remove barriers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, UX, and Commercial teams to align on activation and retention goals.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or related roles.
- Expertise in customer journeys and lifecycle marketing, ideally for app-based or consumer brands.
- Proven track record in product-led growth and data-driven retention strategy.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience in global, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent messaging and narrative crafting skills.
