Job Overview

The International Ingredient Developer role at HelloFresh is responsible for assessing, recommending, and developing new ingredients that impact all international markets. You will work on sensory evaluations and partner with Procurement and local Ingredient teams to propose optimal ingredient solutions for innovation, quality improvement, and portfolio optimization.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute strategies for new ingredient launches and quality improvements.
• Drive ingredient portfolio optimization and collaborate with Procurement and FSQA.
• Lead international tenders with sensory evaluation and ingredient quality standards.
• Identify ingredient harmonization opportunities to maximize customer value.
• Oversee sensory evaluations and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strategize on packaging and sensory cues during tenders.

What You’ll Bring

A Bachelor's in Food Science, Product Development, or related field, combined with strong project management, sensory evaluation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in driving change and innovation within FMCG or food industries are essential.
