About the Role
This is an onsite position at HelloFresh, operating Wednesday through Saturday from 2 PM to Midnight. It is not eligible for hybrid or remote work. As a Human Resources Associate, you will provide generalist support to the facility across all HR functions, including payroll support, data entry for timekeeping, and assisting HR leadership in administering procedures and policies within the Distribution Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide generalist support to the facility in all areas of Human Resources.
- Assist with payroll support and data entry for timekeeping accuracy and reporting.
- Support HR leadership in administering procedures and policies within the Distribution Center.
- Facilitate training support for all levels of associates.
- Ensure effective resolution of Open Door, diversity, and other values-related issues.
- Collaborate with the HR Department Management team on interventions, fact-findings, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct new hire orientations as needed.
- Participate in and execute special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in food manufacturing/production, e-Commerce, or a start-up environment.
- Working knowledge of payroll and timekeeping practices.
- Working knowledge of employee relations, diversity, and employment laws, with proven ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Solid verbal and nonverbal communication, interpersonal, coaching, and counseling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
- SHRM / PHR certification is preferred.
