About The Role

We are seeking a Manager, GTM Enablement Onboarding to own and lead the onboarding of new hires across our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. You will manage, maintain, and constantly optimize our onboarding program, Hello, START! by developing content, delivering training, and executing onboarding initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will help accelerate new hire productivity in a dynamic GTM environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a world-class onboarding program.
  • Guide new hires across Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, and more.
  • Develop content in collaboration with cross-functional leaders.
  • Maintain a curriculum reflecting the evolving GTM playbook.
  • Balance scale and personalization in training content.
  • Partner with GTM Systems to onboard to the tech stack.
  • Conduct certifications and scorecards to ensure best practices.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Minimum 2 years leading GTM or Sales onboarding.
  • Over 5 years of professional work experience with 3+ in onboarding.
  • Strong project management skills (experience with Asana preferred).
  • Familiarity with GTM tech like Salesforce, Highspot, Salesloft & Sales Navigator.
  • Exceptional detail and process orientation with strong presentation skills.
