About the Private Equity Associate Role

Our partner is recruiting U.S./UK/Canada/Europe/Australia-based Private Equity Experts for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab.

What You Need to Succeed

You are a good fit if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms
  • Possess key skills such as financial modeling, market sizing/TAM analysis
  • Have experience with investment analysis summaries, memo creation, and CIM preparation
  • Are familiar with due diligence, NDA/legal document processing, and deal sourcing

Job Details

This role is fully asynchronous allowing you to work around your schedule while committing at least 10 hours per week. It is a minimum four-week engagement starting in October, with potential for significant extension or rotation to similar future projects.

Compensation

The role pays $130/hour with potential increases for top performers, with weekly payouts.
