Overview

Helic & Co. is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet milestones.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, teams, and leadership.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to project success.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports and updates.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid), excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or MS Project is required. A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is necessary.
