Project Manager

Overview

Helic & Co is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
• Monitor, track, and adjust project progress as needed.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and updates.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Foster a continuous improvement and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to track performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
