Overview
Helic & Co. is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and motivate project teams ensuring clarity of responsibilities and alignment with objectives.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks or issues that may affect project success.
- Prepare and present regular status reports and project updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, and MS Project.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
