Project Manager

Overview

Helic & Co. is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and motivate project teams ensuring clarity of responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet milestones.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting project success.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to track performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
