Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of day-to-day operational activities across departments.
- Monitor workflows and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports for internal processes.
- Support data entry, reporting, and analysis to guide decision-making.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Help implement new tools, systems, and processes to optimize business functions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
