Junior Data Analyst
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Junior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts to help drive informed business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to develop technical and analytical skills in a data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Assist in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Support senior analysts with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across databases and reports.
- Document processes, data definitions, and analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role (internships count).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to present findings clearly.

- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Understanding of data modeling and database concepts.
