Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of a business category, encompassing strategy, performance, growth, and results.
- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Product, CRM, Data, Sales, and Operations.
- Develop category business and marketing plans from initial ideation through successful execution.
- Conduct deep analysis of customer behavior, funnels, pricing, and competition to inform strategic decision-making.
- Guide decisions on pricing, promotions, messaging, and value propositions to optimize market positioning.
- Identify and spearhead product launches and the creation of new sub-categories.
- Measure and manage performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and experimental methodologies.
- Embrace an entrepreneurial work style, initiating new ideas, running rapid tests, learning from outcomes, and continuously optimizing processes.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Category, Growth, Marketing, or Product-Business roles.
- Strong ownership mindset and entrepreneurial thinking, with the ability to build and drive initiatives end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of Marketing, Product, and Business dynamics, and expertise in connecting these areas effectively.
- Proven capability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, adept at translating data insights into actionable business decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to lead and influence without formal authority.
- High level of English proficiency is required.
