Helfy is seeking a highly entrepreneurial Senior Category & Growth Manager to take full ownership of business categories and drive significant growth. This role offers broad responsibility over business performance, strategy, and execution, working daily with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Data, CRM, Operations, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of a business category, encompassing strategy, performance, growth, and results.
  • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Product, CRM, Data, Sales, and Operations.
  • Develop category business and marketing plans from initial ideation through successful execution.
  • Conduct deep analysis of customer behavior, funnels, pricing, and competition to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Guide decisions on pricing, promotions, messaging, and value propositions to optimize market positioning.
  • Identify and spearhead product launches and the creation of new sub-categories.
  • Measure and manage performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and experimental methodologies.
  • Embrace an entrepreneurial work style, initiating new ideas, running rapid tests, learning from outcomes, and continuously optimizing processes.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Category, Growth, Marketing, or Product-Business roles.
  • Strong ownership mindset and entrepreneurial thinking, with the ability to build and drive initiatives end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of Marketing, Product, and Business dynamics, and expertise in connecting these areas effectively.
  • Proven capability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking, adept at translating data insights into actionable business decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to lead and influence without formal authority.
  • High level of English proficiency is required.
