The Role
Within the Directorate of Strategy and Development of Degree Programs, a new unit for Tools, Data, and Productivity has been created. This unit pilots the evolution of tools, processes, and cross-functional projects to enhance the performance of four key functions: Communication, Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions & Integration, covering all degree programs (Bachelor, Masters, MBA, EMBA) as well as associated short programs (Summer School, Study Tours...). This unit plays a strategic role in:
- Operational efficiency
- Advanced data exploitation
- Technological innovation, particularly through Salesforce, migrating in 2025
- Progressive integration of AI and automation solutions
To strengthen this dynamic, HEC Paris is recruiting a CRM Tools Manager, integrated into the Tools / Data / Productivity unit.
Main Responsibilities
- CRM Salesforce Management and Optimization
- CRM referent for the entire Development and Strategy Directorate.
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Salesforce solutions: Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Blackthorn, Stripe, DocuSign, etc.
- Ensure expert support for CMA teams and guarantee coherent and efficient usage.
- Manage technical and operational relationships with internal partners (IT, Purchasing...) and external providers.
- Improve business processes through evolutions or automations within the CRM.
- Ensure training, support, and skill development for teams; promote the adoption of new features.
- Design or support the creation of dashboards, reports, segments, and automations.
- Optimize data quality and reporting, regularly identifying areas for improvement.
- Produce regular analyses, recommendations, and reports for management.
- Key Support for Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions Activities
- Design CRM solutions to support enrollment objectives and candidate pathways.
- Deploy targeted campaigns in Marketing Cloud, in collaboration with digital marketing teams.
- Propose optimizations based on CRM data, team usage, and candidate feedback.
- Coordination and Transversality
- Collaborate closely with all Directorates (Communication, Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions, Short Programs).
- Disseminate best practices and harmonize usage between teams and programs.
- Participate in the expansion of Salesforce's scope to other departments if necessary.
- Contribute to the identification, selection, and deployment of complementary tools (efficiency, automation, AI, productivity).
- Occasionally contribute to certain events: forums, webinars, candidate meetings, in support of business teams.
- Reporting & Data Governance
- Provide accurate and regular reporting to the Associate Director and the community of Directors.
- Define and oversee data management processes to ensure reliability, consistency, and optimal exploitation.
Technical Experience and Expertise
- Confirmed experience in CRM administration or management, ideally Salesforce.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud and AI tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce functionality (flows, automations, validation rules, reports, dashboards…).
- Good knowledge of digital marketing solutions and marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of programming processes (HTML, CSS, SQL) and automation (Make/N8N).
