The Business Analytics Team

The Business Analytics team is crucial for delivering modern agency services. We work closely with planning and investment teams to meet and exceed client business goals, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

External Facing Responsibilities:
  • Execute measurement plans and produce campaign reports.
  • Develop dashboards using tools like Datorama and Tableau.
  • Perform ongoing data QA for accuracy in reporting and analysis.
  • Develop observations and actionable insights from campaign results.
  • Conduct data storytelling in presentation decks and slides.
  • Present reports and proposals to clients during regular calls.

Internal Facing Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Planning and Investment teams on annual budgeting and media plan development.
  • Support ongoing budget and plan optimization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments through continuous training.

Required Skills

  • Experience in integrated marketing, media, or customer journey development.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, revenue forecasting, and ROI development.
  • Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising.
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills for solution development.
  • Problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous situations.

Education and Experience

Candidates should possess a university degree and at least 1 year of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing, or digital consulting. Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution is a plus but not required.

Work Arrangement & Benefits

This is a hybrid role, requiring three (3) days per week in the office, with the remaining two (2) days remote. Specific in-office days are flexible and will be discussed during the interview process, aligning with team needs.
