Position Summary
The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer I role will develop, implement, and support cloud related services and solutions for consulting clients. The role is customer-focused and requires identifying business challenges and developing specifications to deliver the best solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the HBS Cloud Architecture Team providing consultative and proactive support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Contribute to product selection, configuration standards, and best practices.
- Support, maintain, and administer customer environments and security architectures.
- Document project details to assist with future time estimates and scopes.
Technical Focus Areas
Expertise required in Azure Infrastructure, M365, Entra ID and cloud security. The role includes specializations in platforms such as IaaS, PaaS, and adjacent security technologies.
Certifications & Professional Development
The candidate must obtain and maintain a minimum of three certifications and follow a tailored professional development plan post-hire.
Competencies & Experience
Required competencies include accountability, adaptability, ambition, technical aptitude and more. The role demands 6 months to 1 year of technical field experience, with consulting experience considered an asset.
