Role Overview
As the Finance & Facilities Assistant, you will join a dynamic team to deliver professional, efficient and accurate support in both finance and facilities functions.
Main Duties
- Support the Head of Facilities with day-to-day finance and admin tasks according to Hearst policies.
- Assist the Facilities Supervisor with contractor management and provide cover during absences.
- Assist the Reception team during peak times and ad-hoc requirements.
- Collate finance reports, raise purchase orders, manage the budget, and allocate costs accordingly.
What We Are Looking For
Core Skills: Account/Client relationship management, operational excellence, adaptability, flexibility.
Experience: Experience in a similar professional services or office environment in finance, AP or administrative functions.
Qualification: Previous experience with Oracle is desirable.
