Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product and software strategies based on market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Software Engineering, and Quality Management.
- Manage relationships with health system clinicians, pharmacists, and informaticists.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous innovation to improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Business or a related field (advanced degree preferred) along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare and product management. A strong understanding of EHR configurations, pharmacy operations and clinical decision support is required. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
Job Details
This hybrid role is based out of South San Francisco, California or Carmel, Indiana. Travel is required for product launches, customer meetings and industry events. Competitive salary and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and more are offered.
