The Role
As the Finance & Facilities Assistant, you will work as part of a great team delivering professional, efficient, and accurate support to the Facilities Department while managing the finance aspects of the FM account.
Main Duties
- Support the Head of Facilities with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks in line with Hearst policies.
- Assist the Facilities Supervisor with contractor management and provide cover during absences.
- Support the Reception team during peak times and for ad-hoc requirements.
- Collate finance reports, raise PO’s, manage the budget and allocate costs appropriately.
What We Are Looking For
Core Skills: Account/Client relationship management, Operational excellence, Adaptability, Flexibility.
Experience: Relevant background within professional services or office environments, particularly in Finance, AP, or administrative functions. Experience with Oracle is desirable.
