About Healthy Kids
Healthy Kids is a rapidly growing childcare provider with over 100 locations offering Early Learning, Before and After School, and Summer Camp Programs. They are a certified benefit corporation on a mission to reinvent accessible and affordable childcare.
Position Overview
The Before and After School Program Staff role supports the 2025-2026 school year across multiple elementary schools in the Arlington Central School District, including Beekman, Overlook, Noxon, and Vail Farm Elementary Schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum including STEAM, fitness, academic, art, and homework assistance.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and fun environment; act as a positive role model.
- Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App.
- Follow state guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and host school protocols.
- For management roles: maintain attendance, registration, and staffing records.
Requirements
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with children under 13 is a plus but not required.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
