Healthy Kids is a rapidly growing childcare provider with over 100 locations, offering Early Learning, Before and After School, and Summer Camp Programs. We are a certified benefit corporation dedicated to accessible childcare and creating a positive work environment.

Job Opportunity

We are hiring multiple positions for our Before and After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year in Grafflin, Roaring Brook and Westorchard Elementary Schools located in Chappaqua, NY. Positions available include Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, and Directors. This is a part-time, non-exempt role with pay ranging from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour based on role, qualifications, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework support.
  • Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment, acting as a role model for children.
  • Communicate daily with parents and family members via the Playground App.
  • Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school policies.
  • Some positions include management tasks such as maintaining attendance records, registration, and staffing.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with children under 13 is beneficial but not required.
  • Must be medically fit and free of transmissible diseases.
  • Warm, friendly, professional, and reliable with strong people skills.
  • Ability to physically manage activities including bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
