Position Overview
For the 2025-2026 school year, Healthy Kids Programs is hiring for multiple positions at Elbridge Elementary School in Elbridge, NY. Positions include Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, and Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academic, art, group activities, and homework support).
- Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children, acting as a positive role model.
- Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App.
- Observe state guidelines and school policies.
- Perform management functions such as maintaining attendance, registration, and staffing (for select roles).
Minimum Qualifications
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with children under 13 is a plus but not mandatory.
- Medically fit and free of any communicable diseases including TB.
- Warm, friendly, upbeat, professional, reliable, and prompt.
- Physical ability to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
