About Healthy Kids Programs
Healthy Kids is a fast-growing childcare provider offering Early Learning, Before and After School, and Summer Camp Programs across over 100 locations. Position Details
This role is for the Before and After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year at Grafflin, Roaring Brook and Westorchard Elementary Schools in Chappaqua, NY. Multiple positions available include Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, and Directors with part-time, non-exempt status.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
- Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children.
- Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App.
- Follow state guidelines and school policies.
- Some roles involve management duties such as attendance, registration, and staffing.
Minimum Qualifications
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with children under 13 is a plus.
- Medically fit and free of communicable diseases.
- Warm, friendly, professional, and reliable with excellent people skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
