Role Overview: Before and After School Program Staff

This role focuses on facilitating hands-on activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment, and helping children succeed. Responsibilities include following the Healthy Kids Curriculum covering fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate educational and fun activities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and engaging environment.
• Communicate with parents via the Playground App.
• Follow policies and guidelines including OCFS and host school rules.
• Manage attendance, registration and staffing when required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children under 13 is beneficial.
• Medically fit and free of communicable diseases.
• Warm, friendly, and professional personality.
• Ability to physically engage with active children.
