Job Opportunity for 2025-2026

We are hiring for multiple positions (Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, Directors) for our Before and After School Program at DB Bunce Elementary School in Pavilion, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academic, art, etc.).
  • Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children.
  • Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App.
  • Observe state guidelines, internal policies, and host school guidelines.
  • Some roles include management functions like attendance, registration, and staffing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Age 18 or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with children under 13 is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Medical clearance and absence of communicable diseases.
  • Warm, friendly, professional, reliable, and physically capable (can lift up to 50 lbs.).
