Position Details

We are hiring for multiple positions (Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, Directors) for the Before and After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year at West Valley Elementary School, West Valley, NY.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
  • Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children.
  • Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App.
  • Follow state guidelines, program policies, and host school rules.
  • For management roles, handle attendance, registration, and staffing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with children under 13 is a plus.
  • Medically fit to perform job duties.
  • Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
