Job Overview

We are hiring for multiple positions in our Before and After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year in Grafflin, Roaring Brook and Westorchard Elementary School, Chappaqua, NY. Roles include Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, and Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
  • Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children.
  • Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App.
  • Follow state guidelines, program policies, and school rules.
  • Some roles include management tasks like attendance and staffing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with children under 13 is a plus.
  • Medically fit and free of communicable diseases.
  • Strong people skills; friendly, professional, and reliable.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.).
