Healthy Kids is a fast-growing childcare provider with over 100 locations. We focus on Early Learning, Before and After School, and Summer Camp Programs. We are a certified benefit corporation on a mission to reinvent accessible childcare.
Job Overview
We are hiring for multiple positions in our Before and After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year in Grafflin, Roaring Brook and Westorchard Elementary School, Chappaqua, NY. Roles include Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, and Directors.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
- Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children.
- Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App.
- Follow state guidelines, program policies, and school rules.
- Some roles include management tasks like attendance and staffing.
Minimum Qualifications
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with children under 13 is a plus.
- Medically fit and free of communicable diseases.
- Strong people skills; friendly, professional, and reliable.
- Ability to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.).
