Job Details

This position is for the 2025-2026 school year at Grafflin, Roaring Brook, and Westorchard Elementary School in Chappaqua, NY. We are hiring for multiple roles including Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, and Directors on a part-time, non-exempt basis with pay ranging from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
• Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children.
• Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App.
• Observe state guidelines and program policies.
• Some roles include management tasks like attendance tracking and staffing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Age 18 or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children under 13 preferred but not required.
• Medically fit to perform job duties with no communicable diseases.
• Strong interpersonal skills and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
