About Healthy Kids Programs

Healthy Kids is a fast-growing childcare provider that offers Early Learning, Before and After School, and Summer Camp Programs. With over 100 locations, our mission is to reinvent accessible and affordable childcare and create opportunities for our team.

Position Overview

For the 2025-2026 school year, positions are available at Grafflin, Roaring Brook, and Westorchard Elementary Schools in Chappaqua, NY. Roles include Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, and Directors in a part-time, non-exempt capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group activities.
  • Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment as a positive role model.
  • Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App.
  • Follow state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
  • Some roles include management functions such as attendance records, registration, and staffing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Applicant must be 18 or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with children under 13 is beneficial, but not required.
  • Medically fit and free of communicable diseases.
  • Warm, friendly, upbeat personality with excellent people skills.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
