Job Overview

For the 2025-2026 school year, Healthy Kids Programs is hiring part-time positions for our Before and After School Program at Grafflin, Roaring Brook, and Westorchard Elementary Schools in Chappaqua, NY. Positions include Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, and Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum that includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and group activities.
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children.
  • Communicate daily with parents via the Playground App.
  • Observe state guidelines and adhere to program and school policies.
  • For management roles, handle attendance, registration, and staffing tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with children under 13 is preferred but not required.
  • Medically fit and free of communicable diseases.
  • Warm, friendly, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Physically capable, including bending, stretching, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
