Role Overview - Before and After School Program Pre-k Supervisor

This part-time, non-exempt position is for the 2025-2026 school year at Wyoming Central School in Wyoming. As a pre-k supervisor, you will lead engaging activities, maintain program compliance, manage essential administrative tasks, and collaborate closely with staff and parents through tools like the Playground App.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with OH guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and host school rules.
  • Lead hands-on activities based on the Healthy Kids Curriculum in fitness, STEAM, academics, and arts.
  • Manage attendance, registration records and staffing levels.
  • Maintain communication with parents via the Playground App.
  • Collaborate with team members and direct reports to solve daily challenges.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18+ years old.
  • Experience with children under 13 preferred though not required.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • Physically able to perform required tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and punctuality.
