Position Overview

For the 2025-2026 school year, Healthy Kids Programs is seeking an energetic and passionate individual to serve as the Before and After School Program Pre-K Lead Teacher at Attica Elementary School in Attica, OH. In this role, you will lead and implement engaging hands-on activities, ensure compliance with OH guidelines and Healthy Kids policies, and manage essential program tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure program compliance with OH guidelines and Healthy Kids policies.
• Direct hands-on activities covering fitness, STEAM, academics, and arts.
• Maintain attendance, registration records, and proper staffing levels.
• Communicate with parents via the Playground App.
• Collaborate closely with your direct report to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older.
• Experience working with children under 13 is a plus.
• CPR/1st Aid certification is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as bending, stretching, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent people skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude.
