Position Overview

The Before and After School Program Multi-Site Director oversees multiple Healthy Kids Program locations in Gilbertsville, South Otselic, and New Berlin, NY. You will support the Site Director in staff management, assume lead responsibilities in their absence, and work with staff to manage daily operations and set short-to-medium-term strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OCFS guidelines and Healthy Kids policies.
• Direct engaging hands-on activities including fitness, STEAM, academics, and arts while monitoring homework completion.
• Manage attendance, registration records, and staffing levels.
• Maintain open communication with parents via the Playground App.
• Collaborate closely with direct reports to address daily challenges.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum requirements include either college credits in Child Development or related fields along with supervisory childcare experience, or relevant state credentials. You must also be medically fit, friendly, reliable, and able to handle physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs.).
