Job Overview

The Before and After School Program Assistant role at Healthy Kids Programs in Jordan Elbridge, Elbridge, NY, is a part-time, non-exempt position. The assistant supports a range of activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum, engaging children in fitness, STEAM, academic adventures, arts, and homework help.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with curriculum-based, hands-on activities for children.
  • Create a safe and engaging environment for kids.
  • Communicate with parents via the Playground App.
  • Follow OCFS guidelines, program policies, and host school rules.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with children under 13 is a plus, but not required.
  • Medically fit and free of communicable diseases.
  • Friendly, professional, reliable, and physically capable.
