Position Overview - Before and After School Program Assistant

This is a part-time, non-exempt position based in Bemus Point, NY. The role involves assisting with hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, which includes fitness, STEAM, arts, academic adventures, and homework help.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities using Healthy Kids Curriculum.
  • Create a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Communicate with parents/families via the Playground App.
  • Follow OCFS guidelines and host school policies.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with children under 13 is a plus but not required.
  • Medically fit to perform job duties and free of communicable diseases.
  • Strong people skills and capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
