Job Details

Position: After School Program Staff for Fletcher Elementary School in Cambridge, VT for the 2025–2026 school year.

Status: Part-time, non-exempt.

Positions Available: Substitutes, Assistants, Directors.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on role, qualifications, and experience).

Role Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities covering fitness, STEAM, academic adventures, arts, and homework help.
• Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children.
• Communicate with parents via the Playground App.
• Comply with state guidelines, program policies, and host school rules.
• For some positions, manage attendance records, registration, and staffing.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Medically fit and free of communicable diseases.
• Warm, friendly, and professional with exceptional people skills.
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
